Back when there was talk about making Dallas into a movie (Travolta as JR and JLo as Sue Ellen)*, I swore that if it ever happened I was going to give up American movies. So now that the show is being revamped for TNT, am I required to stop watching American TV?

I need the alpha waves that lull me into a torpor. I can't give it up. And, of course,

it has some of the original cast, so I have my miserable excuse to keep watching TV. Yay?

* Argh, does this mean that it could still be turned into a movie??? I guess I'd better find out more about foreign films :S
