WWotD - 15 March 2012

I was watching the new episode of South Park last night titled "Reverse Cowgirl" and had an epiphany... toilet seats need to be re-engineered*. Why have we allowed this atrocity to go on for so long? How many relationships have been ruined by the seat down/seat up dilemma? It seems like such an easy thing to fix.

What if there was something like a pedal where a man stands when he does his business? When he steps on the pedal the cover and seat go up, and when the man steps off the pedal the seat (slooowly) goes down. How about that: it doesn't even take any effort (in fact, it's less effort since the lid doesn't have to be raised manually!).

To quote Dr. Frank-N-Furter, "Don't dream it...be it!"

*Assuming you don't have $6400 to buy the technological masterpiece that is the Kohler Numi:
Numi Integrated Toilet
Because everyone wants to see me poop on a $6400 toilet...
Or if you want cheaper luxury you can get Kohler's fancy toilet seat for @ $2000.
