So I gotta know... was it simply a serendipitous happenstance that Gothamist decided to take enterprising poster graffiti and dared their readers to see how they would tag the new Mad Men posters? Or is this the ultimate marketing coup in creating a viral campaign?

Either way, I think it's brilliant that they've managed to engage people with their posters. I especially liked this one:
